Johnny F Yapianto is the Commissioner of EasyHelps. His vast experience in the pharmaceutical, general suppliers, retail, and technical industries, is a valuable asset for EasyHelps that can help to provide strategic direction for the entire team to provide the best advice for corporate legal secretary services.

His role in EasyHelps is being our mentor and helping us to improve our working performance. He would advise the team doing their jobs to be focused more on how to handle all projects as a priority. This helps us to maintain and improve the quality of our services. 

Catherine L. Ary, Founder of EasyHelps, has vast experience in business development, corporate secretarial, legal compliance, and digital marketing. Her background as a corporate legal secretary in several national and multinational companies supports her in advising and handling her client’s concerns on their business development plan and helping them execute suitable and valuable practice management systems for the business.

She has Certification as Lead Auditor ISO27001:2022 from IRCA, member of the Indonesia RegTech LegalTech Association (IRLA), a member of the Indonesian Association of Data Privacy Professionals (APPDI), Head of Legal and Corporate Secretary of Sales Director Indonesia Association, and actively involved in the development of good corporate governance and legal compliance in fintech and financial industry, e-commerce, retail, legal industry, and manufacturing.

Stella Cecilia is Co-Founder of EasyHelps. Her background in corporate finance, tax planning, and accounting management is valuable. She has vast experience in manufacturing and retail businesses and financial institutions. During her joining in EasyHelps, she actively provides consultation to Clients who need help with their accounting and corporate planning. Her role in EasyHelps is handling company finance and tax report.

Her expertise in Corporate Finance, Good Corporate Governance, Quality Management System, Corporate Tax, Accounting and Financial Report, Planning and Budgeting Control, and Investment and Finance Due Diligence.

Sabrina Tirzah is the Co-Founder of EasyHelps. Her background is in corporate planning and financial matters. She has vast experience working in the Top 10 Management Consulting in Indonesia which provide accounting and reporting advisory for company acquisitions or mergers. She also has experience working in advertising businesses and startups. Her role in EasyHelps is handling office operations and also providing corporate planning consultation to the Client, especially in term of financial projections and investments.

Her expertise in Financial Audit, Financial Projection and Cash Flow Management, also Human Capital Development.
