Founder
Catherine has vast experience in business development, corporate secretarial, legal compliance, and digital marketing. Her background as a corporate legal secretary in several national and multinational companies supports her in advising and handling her client’s concerns on their business development plan and helping them execute suitable and valuable practice management systems for the business.
She has Certification as Lead Auditor ISO27001:2022 from IRCA, member of the Indonesia RegTech LegalTech Association (IRLA), a member of the Indonesian Association of Data Privacy Professionals (APPDI), Head of Legal and Corporate Secretary of Sales Director Indonesia Association, and actively involved in the development of good corporate governance and legal compliance in fintech and financial industry, e-commerce, retail, legal industry, information technology, and manufacturing.
Catherine earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management in 2006 and completed her Master’s degree in Law in 2022.

Johnny, Commissioner of EasyHelps, brings vast experience from the pharmaceutical, general suppliers, retail, and technical industries, which serves as a valuable asset in providing strategic direction to the team for delivering top-tier corporate legal secretary services. As a mentor, he plays a pivotal role in improving team performance by emphasizing the importance of prioritizing projects, a focus that helps maintain and enhance the quality of our services. He is also actively involved on the Indonesia suppliers association, and having an intensive networking skills which is benefit for the company growth.
Stella, Co-Founder of EasyHelps, brings extensive expertise in corporate finance, tax planning, and accounting management. With a rich background in manufacturing, retail, and financial institutions, she actively consults clients on accounting and corporate planning matters. At EasyHelps, she oversees the company’s finance and tax reporting. Her areas of expertise include corporate finance, good corporate governance, quality management systems, corporate tax, financial reporting, planning and budgeting control, as well as investment and finance due diligence.
